Australian potentat hazardowy James Packer intends to build a casino hotel for 1.5 billion dollars in the Philippines.

The contract to build the object is to be signed shortly. The talks are to be completed within the next two weeks. Casino is to be part of the complex which has exploited 120 hectares of land.
