A

Aces: This is the bet a player makes if he thinks that the next roll of the dice will be two.

Advantage: This relates to the chances of the casino winning a game.

Any Craps: This means that the next roll of the dice will show any of the Craps numbers of 2, 3 and 12 from any mishmash of the dice

Any Seven: Means that the next roll of the dice will total 7 using any combination.

B

Bones: The dice is also known by this term.

Big Six: Refers to a bet that the dice will roll a 6 before a 7.

Boxcars: Represents a pair of sixes.

Big Eight: Here a bet is placed on the issue that the dice will roll an 8 before a 7.

Big Red: This is a single bet stating that the next roll of the dice will be a 7.

Back Line Bet: Used instead of 'Don't Pass Line Bet'.

Box Numbers: These denote place or point numbers.

Box Man: This phrase is used for the individual accountable for the chips on the craps table and he usually is seated between the two craps dealers.

C

Craps Numbers: This refers to numbers 2, 3 and 12.

Craps: It means the turn over of the Craps Numbers on the Come Out Roll.

Come Out Roll: This bet decides the outcome of the 'Pass Line' and 'Don't Pass' bets and provides the point.

Come Bet: This bet is made after the 'Come Out roll' and requires a 7 or 11 to win and the player loses if the dice rolls out a 3, 11 or 12.

D

Don't Come bet: This bet is made after the Come Out Roll and it requires 2 or 3 to win, a 12 to draw, or a 7 or 11 to lose.

Don't Pass Bet: Contrary to the Pass Line Bet, this bet is made on the Come Out Roll and requires the dice to roll a 2 or 3 to be rolled to win.

Don't Pass Bar: This refers to the distinct segment on the Craps table where the player positions his Don't Pass Bet.
